Registration for Boys & Girls Basketball will be held on the following days:

Sunday October 18^th 9:00am - 12:00pm McDonough Hall - Downstairs

Thursday October 22^nd 5:30pm - 8:00pm McDonough Hall - Downstairs

Sunday October 25^th 9:00am - 12:00pm McDonough Hall – Downstairs

You must register your child with the Diocese of Wilmington online at www.cdow.org and bring 2 signed

copies of the registration form. If your child played fall sports, you must go online and print out 2 copies

of the online registration form. The parent will also be asked to sign the CYM Code of Conduct at the

registration. Please bring 2 separate checks for $100, one for the registration fee and one for the
uniform deposit to accompany your CYM registration form.

No one will be allowed to participate in practices unless they have completed all of the above steps.

All registrations received after the October 25^th date will be required to pay the full registration amount

of $125 along with the uniform deposit. Your registration may also be placed on a waiting list dependant

upon the number of signups per teams.

Boys & Girls Basketball Clinic Grades K – 2

The basketball clinic will be held on Saturdays in December, January & February. The clinic will involve

drills, skill contests and games. The fee is $40 for the basketball clinic
